Our story

Premiere Electric has been providing residential electric service and repair for the Cincinnati, OH, Northern, KY and tri-state area since 1990. Many will remember us as Northern Kentucky  Electrical.

While we always offered residential electric service and repair to the tri-state area the Northern Kentucky in our name caused confusion as some thought we were only licensed to provide service in the Northern Kentucky area.

We changed our name to Premiere Electric to better reflect our service area.

Tom Baynum

Owner

 

Tom has over 38 years of experience in the electrical trade. As the owner, Tom manages the company’s day-to-day operations, provides leadership, and drives operational performance and effectiveness.

On the personal side, Tom is from Northern KY; he enjoys watching sports, playing golf, and, most of all, spending time with his grandkids. In a world that demands electricity, the electrical field will always be a lifelong, rewarding career. As the electrical industry continues to evolve with changing technologies, the need for installed electrical systems, and the modern-day demand for electricity, the electrical business has the advantage of delivering high-quality services to society. “Indeed, the world runs on electricity.”

I am the Vice President and Co-owner of Premiere Electric, where I serve as the administrative backbone of our operations. My responsibilities range from data entry to supporting our team and managing daily office operations. Based in Northern Kentucky, I balance my passion for business with my work as a part-time nurse.

When I'm not working, I love spending time outdoors, traveling, and making memories with my family.
